Return and Refund Conditions
You may return your product within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized eyewear
- Opened or used items (except in cases of defects)
How to Return an Item

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a free return and send a replacement at no extra charge.
Exchanges
